Naw…we choose. If you choose to be “present” then your time perception does seem to slow, because you are truly experiencing the moments. It’s overwhelming and I find it difficult. However, as I enter old age the ability to “slow” things is an important one. There is also a disturbing feeling that time is pretty slippery. It feels like if I choose, I can live in some past timeline of my younger life. I can see the future in a foggy way and the ultimate destination is hard to escape. The path of the “particles” is clear if you pay attention, but this can be unsettling…paying such close attention so as to be “present”. Where they came from and where they are going are clear trajectories,but you do have to pay attention
